getting larger by the day .........

It seems like the past week I have become miserably big!! The heat is not helping much...last week we had a heat index of 106 pretty much all week. We were able to swim a lot which was a huge help! I am 4cm and am hoping to make it to the end of this week. I think it would be neat to have a July 4th baby, but not so easily planned. They plan to induce me July 7 if I have not already gone. I am really hoping to go on my own .... and I am also really hoping to not have an epideral. I had so many problems with my epideral when I had Lincoln and do not want a repeat of them. We will see. I am getting a little bit nervous. I was not this nervous when I had Lincoln...I do not think I knew what to expect and now that I do I am nervous! I am also nervous for Lincoln....I really hope he adjusts well. I have never left him over night and two nights is really going to seem like a lot! I am hoping he does fine with understanding why we are staying and he has to go home. He will be in good hands and I know things will be fine, but I am just starting to get some nerves. Wish us luck in the upcoming couple weeks!


As for an update on Lincoln..........
His favorite thing lately is to be a worker. He always has tools in a tool belt around his waist and is going to work. It is adorable!! He also had his work clothes that very much resemble Matt's work clothes. On Saturday he went and helped Don and Matt at a job site and he took his job very seriously. It was so cute to watch....everything Matt did...Lincoln did. He is all about being like daddy right now. Every morning he asks if daddy has underwear like him on or socks like him on. He calls his socks with the gray toes his work socks and since they are like daddy's they are the only ones he will wear right now.

He is finally adjusted to the new house and rarely speaks of his old house. He is going to bed all by himself! He loves his bath tub (which we did not have at our old house) and loves the attached garage. He often comes up missing and is out in the garage "working". I will say Lincoln what are doing...."just working" he says. Too funny! He is so excited for the baby and all along has stated that it is going to be a girl and the last couple days that has changed and he says it will be a boy. He will love being a big brother!! I am ready to all be home as a family!
