My parents got Lincoln a big stuffed dog for Christmas and boy has it been a hit! Lincoln absolutely loves this dog!! It goes everywhere with us (and it is not small!). It eats with us, goes to bed with Lincoln, plays, and travels. It has to be covered up with his nigh, night, it gets fed, it gets a pacifier. Whatever Lincoln gets, the dog dog does too. One great thing about the dog is bed time is fun for Lincoln, he just carries his dog dog with him and throws it up in the crib and then he wants in there. It is a little bit big for him to sleep with all night, but we don't take it out until he is fast asleep. As soon as he awakes he is yelling for it! Those of you with real dogs I am sure think we should get him one, but for now dog dog will have to do. He LOVE HIS DOG DOG!!!! He loves wrestling it most of all....Here are just a few pictures of him and his dog dog......
In the top picture he is saying shhhh cause the dog is sleeping...TOO CUTE!

adorable! every child seems to have some sort of "lovey" and we often wonder what they will choose! well, seems lincoln has chosen something probably a little bigger than what you expected!! so cute that he calls it dog dog. malachi calls his bear bear!
