18 months old!!

Hi Everyone!! I am so thankful for patient friends and family...HA! I just love all of the text messages reminding me that I have not posted in a while!! I am glad so many people care about Lincoln!! Well....we have been quite busy, yet relaxing too. We went up north for 10 days. My brother was home from Hawaii and we were able to spend a whole week in a half with him. We had a lot of fun hanging out, visiting with friends, and being on the same time zone!! I have been having some camera problems and have not been able to take pictures like I usually do..sorry! Lincoln has been having a lot of children to play with lately. While we were home he had a great time playing with friends ( I am worried Addie might get jealous of him and Emily..haha) and outside (the weather up north is much more enjoyable then it is here in Evansville). While we were home my mom, Lincoln and I went to see my friend Lisa and her baby Ethan. Lincoln wanted to give Ethan lots of kisses (as he has been wanting to do to every child lately). We had a great day with Lisa and Ethan!! Our neighbor boy Owen came to play last Thursday and the boys played very well together. We are going to start making that a weekly thing! Friday night Addie came to play and then Monday we had a play date at the park with more little ones. Needless to say, Lincoln is having a ball with all of his playmates!! He is saying more and more words...everything is more, more, more. He has also added ball, phone, fish, Addie...(I know there are more I just can't think of them) While we were at my parents house he would stand at the door say Paw Paw when my dad was gone. It was the cutest thing! Along with this age, a few fits have started. It is sad to see my little boy growing up and getting a mind of his own (I am thankful too that he is a normal, healthy child) it is frustrating to him that he can not tell us what he wants. He still has his hat and shoe obsession and will play with hats and shoes more than any other toy! Lincoln has also been teething a lot lately. He got his 4 molars and is now working on two more bottom teeth...his poor mouth has hurt for going on three weeks. Everyday we work on coloring or some kind of hand, eye coordination and he really loves to do sit and color or sing the alphabet. I know it is early, but since he enjoys it so much and is showing so much interest in learning..why not? I know I have much more to say, but it is early in the morning and I can not think straight. I will add more later.... Enjoy the pictures of my little man...........
