LINCOLN'S CHECK UP...

We went to the doctor last week and Lincoln is doing great!!! He weighs 22 lbs 10 1/2 oz, putting him in the 50 % for weight. He is 31 & 3/4 " tall putting him in the 75% for height. He is perfectly healthy otherwise. The doctor was very impressed that he already knew some body parts and thought his vocabulary was right were it should be. He is now walking everywhere and climbing on everything!! His new thing is HAT HAT HAT. As soon as he wakes up he says hat and is very concerned about his hats all day long. He always has a hat either on or in sight..it is very funny!! If he sees someone in public with a hat on he pats his head and says "head and hat" nonstop!! We can not go anywhere without a hat. However, we went to the zoo the other day and it was nice because he kept his "hat" on all day. He also thinks that my sunglasses are a hat (because I wear them on my head). We had a great time at the zoo with Carrie and Sophie, the giraffe got about a foot from the kids and surprisingly they did not seem to mind. My mom was here from Tuesday-Sunday helping me get some things done and spending some quality time with Lincoln, we had a wonderful time and I got a lot done. We planted flowers for a whole day and Lincoln really enjoyed playing with the dirt..he is definitely ALL BOY!! Our friends Corey and Erin came on Sunday and spent a couple days with us too. We have been busy, but busy doing fun things at least!!! I added a picture of Matthew and I at the wedding we went to last Saturday (I know Lincoln is more fun to look at, but you don't get to see Matt dressed up too often..haha) We are going camping all weekend with my grandparents and parents..I will post more when we get home...ENJOY THE PICTURES!!
