Sorry for the delay in writing about our little guy, he keeps me quite busy! Sometimes Matt walks in the door and I look at the clock and wonder what we have done all day. I mean between my soaps and bon bons (hahahaha!) We have had lots of fun visitors. My parents went camping at a place called New Harmony (45 minutes from us) last weekend, and it was a lot of fun because we were able to see them a lot and we went there hiking and camping (except for at night) too. My grandparents came on Monday, they just can not go very long without seeing Lincoln (it had been almost three weeks!) If they lived here they would be calling all the time to come see him, they just adore him! My parents left on Tuesday and then my grandparents left on Wednesday. It was so much fun!!! I really wish we did not live so far ( I know I say that all the time, but it really is hard living so far from family)! After they left we just relaxed for a couple days and then the past few days have been on the go again, eating lunch with friends and shopping. Lincoln is getting around everywhere, but still does not have the crawling thing quite yet. He gets in the crawling position and then lunges his back legs..HA! He is learning to give kisses, although it is more like attacking my face. He will not do it to Matthew's because of the prickles. He talks non-stop!!! If he sees a cup, water bottle or remote he drops whatever he has and is going as fast as he can to get it! HE IS SOOOO MUCH FUN!!!! Oh! and he is now sitting in the shopping cart with padding around him, which makes things much easier. Here is a picture of him at a water fountain in New Harmony (he loved it) and picture of my mom carrying him on a trail while he is sleeping. It was too rough for the the stroller so we took turns carrying him on the 3.5 mile trail (well my parents mainly just fought over him!)
